3: Most peoples are contactable during the day.  So, it’s easier to communicate with your friends or teachers during the day if you have any query.

4: Our societies tend to be structured around being energetic throughout the daytime and resting during the night. So, by sticking to this routine you can find undeniable benefits such as for instance to be able to go right to the library or bookshop time.
